Booking with us is easy. Once you have decided on the package you would like to rent click on the ready to book tab and fill out the form. We will contact you you within 24 hours to confirm booking. We require a $100 deposit and a signed contract at the time of booking to secure your requested date.
Our soft play rentals can be set up indoors or outdoors. From banquet halls to backyards you provide the space and we will provide the fun
*For bookings outside a backup indoor space is highly recommended in the event of inclement weather. We do NOT set up outdoors if there is more than a 30% chance of rain. In the event that rain is in the forecast the day of your event you can reschedule for a later available date or setup indoors.
*All outdoor bookings scheduled during the months of May-September MUST be set up in the shade or under a tent
Currently we offer free delivery to all events held in Orange County, NY. A small delivery fee may be applied based on your distance from Salisbury Mills, NY. Delivery fees start at $30.
We do require a $100 damage/cleaning deposit. This is fully refundable within 72 hours after equipment is picked up and thoroughly inspected for any damages, missing items, or evidence of any rules that may have not been followed during the event.(For example food in play area)This is to ensure the safety of your guest and to protect our equipment.
We pride ourselves in making sure all of our equipment is cleaned and sanitized for each event. We use Clean Smart products on all of our equipment. All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, air dried and placed in clear bags ready for our next event. During setup we do another quick wipe down all equipment. After set-up is complete we use our handy fogger to disinfect the entire play area with Clean Smart products which kill 99.9% of viruses and bacterias.
All of our package rentals are for up to 4 hours of fun.
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured. Some venues and parks may require certificate of insurance which we will be happy to provide upon request.
*Please remember it is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that there is a responsible and suitable adult supervision of the equipment and those using it, at all times. Please always consider the appropriate ratio of children on the equipment to the number of adult supervisors assisting them. Kid N’ Soft Play Rentals Liability Waiver and Rules form will need to be signed and returned via email BEFORE your reservation is confirmed.
We need an hour to setup up and a hour to breakdown. Once event time is confirmed we will contact you to set up arrival time. Our setup and breakdown time does not interfere with your rental time.

If you need to cancel please be sure to contact us right away. All cancellations 14 days or more prior to you event date will receive a full refund of your deposit. If something comes up and and it’s less than 14 days prior to your event date you can reschedule for a later available date.

-Recommended for children ages 4 and under
-Children must be supervised by an adult at all
times
-No shoes in play area including adults
-Must wear socks
-No food, drinks, or sweets in or near play area
-No climbing on or over gates
-All soft play must stay in play area
-No face paint, glitter, slime, silly string or bubbles
-No pets or sharp objects in or near play area
-No rough play
-No personal toys allowed inside play area
-Soft play area can not be moved after setup is
complete
- Outdoor setups must be setup in shaded area or under a tent. *If you are providing tent please have it set up prior to our arrival
- Designated area must be clear prior to our arrival(incl. furniture, debri, etc)
-Play area area must be level. We can not set up on uneven surfaces, mud or gravel.
-No water activity in or near play area
* FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT*
Unfortunately if there is a 30% change of rain in the forecast on the day of your event we will be unable to set up outdoors. We require that all outdoor bookings have a backup indoor space available in the event it rains or is too hot outside. If you are unable to provide a indoor backup space we can reschedule your event for a later available date.
* In the event of a major snowstorm you can reschedule for a later available date.
Our play areas are designed for children ages 6 months (can sit primarily unassisted) to 4 years old. We also have larger equipment for children ages 5-7 years old.
Parents may enter the play area, and should supervise their little ones, but should not sit/play on the play equipment.
At this time we service Orange County NY, Ulster County NY, Putnam County NY, Dutchess County NY, Sullivan County NY and parts of Westchester and Rockland County.
